Corporate hubs exist to fully service corporate clients, so they need not go to the same branch as private depositors. Since no personal account transactions are done in these hubs, there is less foot traffic. Executives can enjoy holding meetings with their Corporate Relationship Managers in a comfortable, professional setting.
For the privilege of BPI’s Preferred clients, Preferred hubs have also been established. Now BPI’s biggest private investors can enjoy a banking center of their own where they can hold consultations with their Preferred Relationship Managers in privacy and security.
SPOKE BRANCHES
BPI’s spoke branches are regular branches designed to handle all day-to-day bank transactions of the average private depositor. Since they’ve been especially set up for the greater number of bank customers, they have no facility for corporate and preferred accounts.

EXPRESS BANKING CENTER

BPI DIRECT
Bank customers who are extremely busy can access BPI’s virtual branch, the BPI Direct, where they can easily perform regular transactions online— even open an account. It also proves convenient for OFW’s and expat Pinoys.
BPI EXPRESS BRANCH
These pocket-size branches allow the BPI client to breeze through any transaction. It is divided into three zones: the Electronic Banking Zone, equipped with ATM, internet access and telephone for phone and online banking; the Routine Counter Transaction Zone, for transactions that require tellers; and the Financial Counselling Zone, where one may approach Sales Counselors for financial advice.

The Banker, the London-based premier magazine which annually awards the best banking innovations and banking practices all over the globe, gave the Retail Banking Project Award for Best Branch Transformation to BPI Express.
